Help & FAQ

Everything you might want to ask.

Booking and changes, meeting your driver, waiting time, luggage, children, payment, and more. If your question isn't here, text (949) 666-0020 — a real person answers, any hour.

Booking & changes

How do I book a ride?

Three ways, whichever suits you: reserve online through the form on our home page for an instant fare, send a text to (949) 666-0020 with your pickup, drop-off, date and time, or email reservations@cyaagain.com. Whichever you choose, you receive a written confirmation before the day of travel.

How far ahead should I book, and do you take same-day requests?

Reserve as soon as your plans are firm, particularly for airport runs and early-morning departures, so your preferred vehicle is held for you. Same-day and last-minute requests are welcome whenever a car is free — send a text and we'll confirm availability right away.

How do I change the time, date, or address on a booking?

Text (949) 666-0020 with your name and confirmation number and tell us what to change. We update the reservation and send a fresh confirmation, so you always hold the current details in writing.

How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

You'll receive a written confirmation by text or email once the booking is set, listing your vehicle, pickup time, and the agreed fare. If nothing arrives shortly after you book, contact us — an unconfirmed request is not yet a reservation.

Can I book a round trip, or a trip with more than one stop?

Yes. The reservation form has a round-trip option that adds your return leg, and multi-stop or as-directed journeys can be arranged — list the stops when you book, or tell us by text, and we build the route and price it for you.

Can I book a car for someone else?

Of course — many of our rides are booked for a client, guest, or family member. Give us the passenger's name and phone number so the driver can reach them directly, and we send the confirmation to whoever is arranging the trip.

Meeting your driver

Where does my driver meet me on arrival?

You choose when you book: a curbside collection on the arrivals level, or a meet-and-greet where your driver waits inside at baggage claim holding a name board. Either way you're met by your own driver, never sent to a queue or an app.

What do I do if I land and can't find my driver?

Stay where you are and text (949) 666-0020 immediately — don't leave the pickup point. Your driver is tracking your flight and is either already in position or moments away, and we'll connect you right away. Texting us once too often is far better than setting off to search.

How will I recognise the car and the driver?

Your confirmation names the vehicle — a black Cadillac Escalade SUV or a black executive sedan — and for a meet-and-greet your driver holds a sign with your name. If you'd like the driver's name and a direct number in advance, ask and we'll send them.

Where do we meet after an international flight, once I clear customs?

For an international arrival, plan to meet after you've cleared immigration, picked up your luggage, and passed customs, since no one may enter that area to assist you. Send us your flight and we position the driver at the international arrivals door; a meet-and-greet inside is available wherever the terminal allows it.

Waiting time & delays

How long will you wait for a non-airport pickup, and is there a charge?

Every non-airport pickup includes of free waiting from your scheduled time. After that, waiting is billed in quarter-hour blocks, rounded up — . Airport pickups work differently, with a longer complimentary window measured from your actual landing — .

Can the driver wait during my trip, or make extra stops?

Yes. Brief stops along the way are billed as waiting time at the rates above. If you'd rather have the car at your disposal for several hours or a whole evening, it's better booked by the hour — — for which a minimum booking length applies.

What happens if my flight is early, delayed, or diverted?

An early landing is no trouble: because we track the flight live, your driver adjusts to the moment the wheels actually touch down, not the scheduled time. If your flight is delayed, we hold the pickup and reshape it around your real arrival; and if you're diverted or rebooked, send us the new flight and we re-plan around it.

Luggage & vehicles

How much luggage fits, and can you take oversized items?

The Escalade comfortably carries the luggage of a party of up to six, and the sedan suits two or three travellers with standard bags. Oversized or awkward items — golf clubs, skis, a stroller, boxed artwork — usually fit, but tell us in advance so we send the right vehicle and leave the room for them.

What vehicles do you run, and how many passengers each?

Two: a late-model black Cadillac Escalade SUV seating up to six, and a black executive sedan seating up to three. Each is private to your party — there is no shared ride.

Can you accommodate a wheelchair or other mobility needs?

A guest who can transfer into a standard seat is welcome, and a folding or collapsible wheelchair travels with us — it stows like luggage. We don't operate ramp- or lift-equipped vehicles, so we can't carry a passenger who must remain seated in their wheelchair for the journey. Tell us your needs when booking and we'll be straight with you about what we can do.

Children & pets

What are my options for child seats, and how do I arrange one?

California law requires a rear-facing seat for children under two, unless they are forty pounds or forty inches; a car or booster seat in the back for children under eight; and a seat belt once a child turns eight or reaches four feet nine inches. Bring the seat that suits your child and your driver will help fit it securely before you set off.

Do you allow pets?

Service animals are always welcome at no charge. Other pets are welcome by prior arrangement — let us know when you book so the right vehicle is ready, and please keep your pet crated or on a lead. There's no cleaning charge unless a trip causes actual damage.

Payment & pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through our system, with corporate invoicing available for business accounts. Your card is held against the reservation and settled once the trip is complete.

When am I charged, and is there a hold beforehand?

Nothing is taken when you book a standard trip; your card is simply kept on file and settled after the journey, with a receipt to follow by email. For multi-hour or event bookings we may place a pre-authorisation hold in advance, and we'll always tell you before we do.

Is gratuity included, and is it expected?

Gratuity is never added automatically and our drivers never ask for it. If you'd like to recognise good service it's welcome — added when you book or handed to your driver — but it's entirely at your discretion.

Are tolls, airport fees, and parking included in my quote?

Your quoted fare includes standard tolls and any parking your driver needs for a meet-and-greet. An airport arrival carries a pickup access fee — — shown separately on your quote so you can see exactly what it is. The figure we confirm in writing is the figure you pay, unless you add stops or extra waiting on the day.

Will my quoted fare ever change after I book?

No. The fare we confirm is fixed in writing and doesn't move with traffic, weather, or demand — we don't use surge pricing. The only things that change a fare are changes you make: an added stop, waiting beyond the free window, or a different vehicle.

Cancellations & no-shows

How do I cancel, and what counts as a no-show?

To cancel, text (949) 666-0020 with your confirmation number — the sooner the better, as what, if anything, is charged depends on how far ahead you tell us: . A no-show means the driver has arrived and waited but can't reach you and you haven't been in contact — a quick text always keeps things simple, even if your plans change.

Accounts & the practical stuff

Can I set up a corporate or business account?

Yes. We set up accounts for companies that move executives and guests regularly, with named travellers, consolidated monthly invoicing in place of per-ride card charges, and standing pickups for routes you use often. Email reservations@cyaagain.com and we'll arrange the billing and traveller profiles that suit your team.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. C Ya Again operates under California PUC authority TCP 44494-A and carries full commercial liability insurance. Every driver is licensed, background-checked, and drives our own maintained vehicles — never a rideshare match.

What areas and airports do you cover?

We serve Orange County and the greater Los Angeles area, door to door. Airports include Los Angeles International (LAX), John Wayne (SNA), Long Beach (LGB), Ontario (ONT), and Hollywood Burbank (BUR). If your address is nearby but not obviously on the list, ask — we very likely cover it. See our full service area.

I left something in the car — how do I get it back?

Contact us as soon as you notice, on (949) 666-0020. Because every trip is a private ride with an assigned driver, lost items are usually found quickly, and we'll arrange to return yours to you.

Do you operate overnight, at weekends, and on holidays?

Yes — we run twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Red-eye arrivals and pre-dawn departures are routine; do book ahead for holiday travel, as those dates fill early.

Is smoking, vaping, or alcohol allowed in the vehicle?

No. Our vehicles are non-smoking and non-vaping. Alcohol isn't permitted either: California's open-container law applies to passengers in any vehicle without a permanent partition, and our Escalade doesn't have one, so open alcohol in the cabin is against the law.

Still need a person?

If your question isn't answered here, we'd rather you asked than guessed. Text us any hour, or see the full ways to reach us.
