These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cyaagain.com and any reservation made with C Ya Again Executive Transportation ("we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, making a reservation, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our Service

C Ya Again Executive Transportation provides private, licensed executive car service across Orange County and Los Angeles, including airport transfers, point-to-point rides, and hourly/event transportation. We operate under California Charter-Party Carrier permit TCP 44494-A.

Reservations & Fare Estimates

Fare estimates shown on this site are calculated based on distance and time of day and are provided for informational purposes before booking. Your final fare is confirmed at the time your reservation is accepted. A complete street address (or recognized airport) is required to complete a reservation, since a general city or ZIP code alone is not sufficient for a driver to locate you.

Airport pickups require a valid flight number so we can track your flight and adjust for delays. Airport drop-offs do not require a flight number, though providing one is helpful.

Same-Day & Short-Notice Requests

Reservations requested less than 24 hours before pickup cannot be completed online and require a direct text to (949) 666-0020 to confirm driver availability. Short-notice bookings within 24 hours may include an additional short-notice rate, disclosed at the time of your request.

Cancellations & Changes

Free cancellation is available up to 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Changes or cancellations closer to your pickup time should be handled directly by texting (949) 666-0020.

Vehicle & Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to treat our vehicles and drivers with respect. We reserve the right to decline service or end a trip early in situations involving unsafe, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to provide safe, timely, and accurate service, C Ya Again Executive Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight changes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

SMS & Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from C Ya Again Executive Transportation related to your reservation, including confirmations, driver updates, and verification codes.

Payment Authorization

When required, a valid payment method must be provided to confirm your reservation. Your card will be verified at the time of booking, but no charge will be submitted until your reservation has been completed. The final amount charged reflects the actual trip provided, including any applicable fees disclosed at booking (such as airport fees or same-day surcharges). You will not be charged for a service you did not receive.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
