What if my flight is delayed?

Do you provide car seats?
We don't provide car seats. If your child needs one, please bring your own, our driver is happy to help install it.
What's your cancellation policy?
Changes are free up to 12 hours before pickup — move the time, date or address and we recalculate the fare. Inside 12 hours, changes go to the office for approval.
Cancellations are free up to 12 hours before pickup. Inside 12 hours, 50% of the fare applies. Inside 1 hour, or if we arrive and cannot reach you, the full fare applies.
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, none of this applies. We track your flight and adjust your pickup at no charge.
Can you handle groups larger than 6?
For larger parties or multi-vehicle events, additional vehicles can be arranged in advance. Just share your group size when booking.
Do you work with businesses for recurring travel?
Yes, corporate and recurring accounts are welcome. Reach out directly to set up standing arrangements for your team.
How do I pay?
All major cards are accepted, charged securely after your ride. Gratuity can be included or added separately, your choice.
